Silesia is a very special region, famous for its diverse historical and sociological background. It’s no wonder that this is the location of one of the most outstanding venues associated with military equipment.
It only takes 20 minutes to get from Katowice to the Military Technology Park by car. Here you can take a closer look at various military equipment, which includes not only military vehicles, which are undoubtedly the most impressive part, but also radars, missiles and weapons.
There are several options available for this activity. You can either ride around as a passenger or learn how to drive on your own. You can choose between the legendary T-55 tank or BWP-1
(a Polish name for BMP-1), which was the first mass-produced infantry fighting vehicle in the world, which was created by the Soviets and widely used since it was put to service in 1966.

The entire activity with transportation lasts approximately 2,5 hours

Important information:
OPTION 1: There is a maximum of 3 people for 1 one ride (all participants ride in groups of maximum 3 persons, if there are more than 3 persons, the groupp will be split, for example in case of 5 persons there are 2 rides – one for 3 persons and one for 2 persons
OPTION 2: Only 1 person can learn during the ride, but you can have a companion on board just to watch
OPTION 3: There is a maximum of 6 people for one ride (all participants ride in groups of up to 6 persons at one time)
OPTION 4: Only 1 person can learn at once (You can’t have a companion on board)
Please keep in mind that in case of a plain ride, the tank driver will not speak English (your driver will translate the safety rules for the activity before you get on the vehicle), while for the driving lessobn, you can choose between an English speaking instuctor or a translator to ensure you will get the most of your course
